In case several deposits were made with no gaming activity, the player has to wager the total amount of these deposits prior to withdrawal.

Withdrawals may be terminated until the account is fully verified. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you regarding the withdrawal of funds, but if we are not able to reach you (by email or phone) within two (2) weeks from the date of the request for withdrawal, the account will be locked, as you have failed to pass the KYC procedure.
12. DEPOSITING

12.2. Using third-party payments is prohibited. You must make deposits only from a bank account, bank cards, e-wallets, or other payment methods that are registered in your own name. The Company is not responsible for lost funds deposited from third-party accounts.

13. WITHDRAWALS

13.2. Cashout requests are processed on business days only. Withdrawals can be approved by the Casino exclusively from Monday at 7:00 AM UTC to Friday at 4:00 PM UTC. Please note that cashout requests submitted after 4:00 PM UTC on Friday will not be processed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and will be reviewed starting from Monday at 7:00 AM UTC.
13.3. The maximum withdrawal amount from the member account per transaction is 4000 EUR / 4000 USD / 60000 ZAR / 40000 NOK / 6000 AUD / 6000 NZD / 6000 CAD.
13.4. The Website supports payouts via Original Credit Transfer (OCT) from Visa and via Payment Transfer from Mastercard. An additional requirement is that the respective credit card is not a corporate credit card and is issued in a supported country.

13.14. In cases where it is necessary to verify the identity of the Player, the processing time for requests is calculated from the date of verification of the requested documents.

14. DORMANT ACCOUNTS
14.1. An inactive (dormant) account is a Player Account that a player has not logged into or logged out of for twelve (12) consecutive months. This does not include accounts that are subject to a cooling-off period or self-exclusion for twelve (12) months or longer — such accounts will not be classified as Dormant during the exclusion period.
14.2. If a Dormant Account holds a positive balance, the Casino reserves the right to freeze the remaining funds and notify the player regarding the possibility of withdrawing the balance immediately. If the player does not respond within a reasonable period (not exceeding 30 days from the notification), the Casino reserves the right to deduct the remaining balance.

16.1. You agree that any claim and/or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or a service provided by the Casino must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose.

17.2. In the event of a dispute, you agree that the results stored on the server are the final proof and cannot be challenged.

17.4. Complaints are handled by the support department and are escalated within the Casino’s organization if the support personnel do not resolve the case immediately. You shall be informed about the status of the complaint to a reasonable level.

18. NON-TRANSFERABILITY
